QUEENSLAND RUGBY LEAGUE MAROONS MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER DETAILS

The Promoter is Queensland Rugby League (QRL) (ABN 65 009 878 013) of 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD 4064.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotional period commences at 9:00 AM AEST on Monday, 18th November 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, 24th February 2025 ("Promotional Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 All paid-up, current 2025 Maroons Members. This includes all 2025 Ticketed Members, digital, pet, QLDER Adult, and Ariat membership. Baby, Free MySideLine and QLDER Youth members are ineligible.

3.2 Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants").

3.3 Employees, directors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agencies, contractors, and any entities involved in the administration of this competition are ineligible to enter.

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS

4.1 All 2025 Maroons Members who have signed up prior to the Promotional Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

4.2 Existing 2025 Maroons Members can purchase an additional membership during the Promotional Period to receive one (1) additional entry per purchase.

4.3 Entries must be made in the participant’s legal name. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

5.1 The prize consists of one (1) White MY24.50 Ranger Raptor ("Prize").

5.2 The total prize value is estimated at $94,240 AUD.

5.3 The Prize does not include registration, insurance, fuel, maintenance, or any additional costs associated with ownership. The winner will be responsible for these costs.

5.4 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

6.1 The draw will take place on Tuesday, 25th February 2025, at Queensland Rugby League, 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD, 4064.

6.2 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a computer-generated draw system.

6.3 The winner will be notified by phone by Friday, 28th February 2025.

6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

7. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

7.1 If the Prize remains unclaimed by 14th March 2025, a redraw will be conducted on 17th March 2025, at the same time and location as the original draw.

7.2 The winner of any redraw will be notified by phone within two (2) business days of the redraw.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including requiring proof of age, residency, and identity).

8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

9. PRIVACY & DATA USE

9.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.

9.2 Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter but may opt out at any time.

9.3 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.qrl.com.au.

10. LIABILITY

10.1 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from the use of the Prize, except where required by law.

10.2 Any tax liability arising from the receipt of the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.

11. STATE PERMITS

This promotion is conducted in accordance with Australian laws. State permit numbers will be provided if required.
